Land Surveyors are Licensed by the State of Texas to produce documents known as Foundation Certificates and As-built Certificates for the general public, these documents are sometimes required to satisfy permitting for new construction and proposed construction project. The Process involves measuring points on the land around your construction site and any buildings that are requiring permits, this information is shown on the finished documents and certified to comply with the Houston Permit Department for recording.

ReplyDeleteOn my permit it states that I need a foundation certificate. What exactly is that the elevation form from a surveyor or a preinspection of the foundation and the concrete certification. I need clarity on this matter
